Nokia 7020 Review
The Nokia 7020 is a very good product of Nokia “fit according to your pocket” handset. It’s both compact & stylish, and still manages to cram in enough features to sanctification.
Nokia 7020 Design
The clamshell design of the Nokia 7020 makes it a very compact, portable Cellphone. When in a closed position, the 7020 measures only 91.2 mm (height) x 46.7 (width) x 17.3 mm (thickness) and weight a very light 86.2 grams. There is an Outer 1.36-inch screen that has a stardust feature to indicate calls, camera-functions, power on /off, and handset closing and turning on functions. The tap-to-time feature means that, by simply tapping on the outer screen, the display will illuminate to show you the clock. Flipping the phone open reveals the 2.2-inch TfT inner screen. The 256k color display shows good quality photos. On the bottom part of the phone is the alphanumeric keypad. The keys are nicely sized and well spaced to ensure ease of use. Color-wise, the Nokia 7020 is available in graphite, pink, silver and blue.
Nokia 7020 Music
The Nokia 7020 features an integrated music-player that supports popular music formats such as MP3, AAC, Midi and WMA music formats. Sound quality is good and allows for a really enjoyable listening experience. In addition to the music player there is a built-in stereo FM radio. The radio has an RDS function, meaning that you can receive information from the radio station that you’re listening to directly on your screen. 45 MB of internal memory means that a fair number of your music tracks can be saved on the 7020, but a MicroSD card can increase this capacity up to 16 GB if desired.
Nokia 7020 Camera
The Nokia 7020 has a built-in 2-megapixel camera with a dedicated capture key for ease of use. A number of different camera settings allow you to take still pictures, a sequence of pictures, or even a self-portrait with the timer function. With 4 x digital zoom and a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels, picture quality is fairly good. In addition to taking pictures, the camera feature on the 7020 doubles as a video recorder capturing pictures at 30 frames per second.

In addition to the standard phone applications, the Nokia 7020 has a few added extras. There is GPS Support with a Nokia Maps Application to ensure that you always know where you’re going. The normal messaging application is enhanced with IM, E-mail and Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging features. In addition to a host of games, there is also Java game support and the option to download games from the Internet. The 7020 also features an English-Chinese dictionary.
